Attached to this posting is a transcribed copy of Thomas Brothers last will and Testament -  1869.

These pages have previously been posted as pages 24, 25, 26 & 27 of "Brothers History" posted under the "Histories" Section of  the Ruller YaBB, but are reposted here because of their connection to the above posting.

Montezuma Brothers was appointed an excutor of his father, Thomas's estate and as the ledger in the previous post shows, It consumed a great deal of Montezuma's time and travel over the next thirty years of his life!!
