Try this.
First you need to find a nice picture of yourself in your computer.
One hitch here, it has to be in gif or jpg file format.
If you’re lost already, post me here for help.
Next reply to this subject and attach your picture to that post.
Now view your picture in that post and copy the address, displayed in that web browser.
Next go to your Profile and enter or paste the URL you just copied into the box for your picture. Make sure you put a check in the box in front of that URL box.
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page and click on Change Profile.
This technique works well.
Of course if you already have a nice image on the web you can just as easily use it by coping and pasting that picture’s URL.
